The goal of pathways is to provide youth with clear information and personalised support, which allows them to make informed decisions towards achieving a sustainable income.
What is Pathways?
Pathways is a digital, multi-language, global peer mentorship platform. The platform gives youth access to a group of AKF certified, ambitious, talented peers. Youth can understand various career paths, define their goals, set a plan, and navigate challenges with their mentor.

One of our biggest takeaways from the youth we interviewed was that they crave more mentorship and guidance. Youth feel lost when making decisions and are unsure where the right advice lies.
